By day I'm a Product Manager, helping enterprises build software and get through big, complicated transformations. I've been getting software shipped for decades.

My creative side lives in Aletha Jean Studio, the family-run coastal art shop on Etsy I named for my grandmother.

AI is where the two finally come together. I'm using it to build small, niche apps for people the big tools overlook. The first is a scheduling and payments tool I built for my daughter's coaching. It opens to other coaches in December.

Led a product team of 4 product owners to build AT&T's digital billing platform for business customers, generating $32M in monthly revenue. Secured executive buy-in from the AVP for a B2B digital billing redesign and obtained an $8M budget to launch approximately 40 new pages — delivering $1.5M in cost savings. Boosted online payments 25% year-over-year and raised pay bill customer satisfaction by 118% in 2018.

What I'm Building

My daughter needed
a tool. I built it.

She was coaching this summer while working two other jobs. Scheduling was a mess — texts back and forth, Venmo requests, calendar chaos. Nothing out there solved it without being built for a gym with a staff of ten.

So I built something. She's been using it all summer. It works.

In December I'm opening it up to other independent coaches and instructors who are tired of running their schedule through a group text.
